Promotion Terms
Definition: Signature File
A short note, usually four to six lines in length appended to the end of an email message. It can include the senders name, address, a bit of free advertising for senders site or products, a quote, or whatever else the sender saw fit to include.
Definition: Unique
There is some discrepancies as to the meaning of this term. Most refer
to it as the visit of one person to a website in a 24 hour time span. For
example, if someone visited a certain page ten times in one day, it would
only count as one unique.

Definition: Unscolicited
Email
Email that wasn't requested. Usually nicknamed as "spam",
this is a marketing practice that is not usually well received, to say
the least.
Right now the jury is out as to what people regard as spam and what people
don't. It's a very fine line... so be careful when sending email.
