The Florida Direct Marketing Association announced the launch of a direct marketing professional education initiative for 2007 and beyond. The regional trade association for Florida-based direct marketers has developed a series of seminars on various direct marketing disciplines that will be offered throughout 2007 in sunny south Florida. The first two events focus on the newest direct marketing channel, online marketing, and are scheduled to take place at the Westin Hotel Ft. Lauderdale. On February 15, 2007 Think Partnership organized a webinar to discuss its recently released white paper on click fraud. The live event was hosted by paper's authors, Think's CEO, Scott Mitchell and CTO, John Linden. In early November the company released ValidClick DirectAds, a turn-key solution that effectively addresses click fraud.
