ad:tech San Francisco to Award Creativity in Interactive Marketing

ad:tech expositions, LLC is setting up another grand event, this time in San Francisco April 24-26, 2007. The Moscone Center is the venue that will host the ad:tech San Francisco Interactive Media Conference for the recognition of the best ideas in interactive advertising and technologies.

For over a decade, Ad Tech has provided a medium for talent and creativity in interactive marketing to be rewarded. At the San Francisco event ad:tech will present its 10th Annual Awards that will determine the best in the interactive marketing industry. The awards ceremony will take place on April 25.

The newly formed Executive Panel of Judges, consisting of 15 judges, will offer their industry insights and knowledge to evaluate the winners in each category and select the Best of Show winner.

More than 130 judges from the industry's most esteemed companies and brands will gather to review submissions. Judging is based on creativity and results, and will happen in rounds. Finalists will be determined by judges in each category, and winners will be determined based on highest scores.

Two new categories have been added to the awards: People's Choice Award and Industry Achievement Award. The entrants in the People's Choice Award will be judged by their colleagues and the community. The Industry Achievement Award recognizes individuals who have shown outstanding commitment to the success and excellence of the interactive marketing industry.

The other categories include Interactive Ads, Interactive Campaigns, Optimization/Search Strategy and Web Sites, each of them consisting of several subcategories.

This year the ad:tech Awards Ceremony coincides with the Connect LIVE! event at ad:tech San Francisco. DJ Zeph, performances from a world renowned acrobat troupe and awards video highlights and coverage will add to the brilliance of the ceremony. The winners will be showcased at the ceremony, highlighted in the Thursday edition of the Show Daily, and listed and archived on the ad:tech awards website for a full year.
