Who's Calling, Inc., the leading provider of cross-channel marketing analytics, has agreed to be acquired by an investment vehicle managed by Vista Equity Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm with over $1 billion dollars in committed equity capital. The acquisition, expected to close in mid-September, will enable the company to continue to aggressively grow its client portfolio, develop new technologies, expand into new markets, and further enhance its service for existing clients. Who's Calling serves more than 7,000 clients in industries including automotive, financial services, media, travel and others.
