Septet Systems Inc. adds to its arsenal of tools for subject-specific Web directory and search engine creation through its newly announced Wireless Personal Search Syndication (WPSS) services. WPSS facilitates the construction of subject-specific directories and search engines for operation on WAP-enabled wireless devices.

"This capability serves a need for on-the-go business people or travelers that need to search over specific subject matter. Applications cover many areas. For example, leisure travelers can now search over custom compilations of tourist destinations; business travelers can place at their disposal searchable directories of product-specific information." states Alexandre Brown, President and Co- founder of Septet Systems Inc.

The subject-specific listings and searches can apply to HTML Web sites, or directory display and search can be restricted only to wireless WAP sites. To access user-generated Web directories and search engines, simply enter wap.pssdir.com into a mobile browser.

Septet Systems Inc. (www.pssdir.com) is a NY-based company established by an international group of telecommunications and knowledge management experts to bring innovative network-based document analysis solutions to industry, government, and academia. WPSS is based on Septet's core service, Personal Search Syndication, a free public platform that facilitates the construction of subject-specific search engines and Web directories.
