Web Refinements Expands Design Services and Adds Office in Cincinnati, OH

Web Refinements LLC has opened an office in Cincinnati, Ohio, as well expanding services. Web Refinements has concentrated on web development, search engine optimization, and hosting. Now the firm will also provide print and print marketing services due to customer demand.
