Bazaarvoice Appoints Andrea Wenholz as Chief Financial Officer

AUSTIN, TX -- Bazaarvoice, Inc. Wenholz joins the Bazaarvoice executive team with over 20 years of expertise in finance, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Wenholz will assume responsibility for directing the financial execution of Bazaarvoice’s strategic business plan and management of the company’s financial operations.

Prior to her Bazaarvoice appointment, Wenholz served as chief financial officer for CoVi Technologies, a privately held high-definition video surveillance solution provider. She also held the positions of vice president, chief financial officer, secretary, and treasurer of publicly traded Crossroads Systems. Prior to that she served as director of finance for U.S. Operations at Parthus Technologies, plc., a provider of application-specific platform IP, which eventually became Ceva. Wenholz has also held positions of chief financial officer at Chicory Systems, a semiconductor intellectual property company acquired by Parthus; business unit controller at Cisco Systems; and controller at NetSpeed until its acquisition by Cisco Systems. Andrea is a certified public accountant who started her career in public accounting at KPMG and holds a Bachelors of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
