Michigan resident, Andy McMahon spent many summers with his family in Oscoda Michigan. Yet, when it came to finding a summer cottage rental to share with friends, the choices were dreadfully limited. McMahon enlisted a partner and fellow Michigan resident, Michael Purdy, to help him build a vacation search website for owner operated businesses that don’t have a million dollar advertising budget; the kind you’d drive by along a country road and would love to spend a day or week at.
