Google CEO Eric Schmidt will participate in this summer's Search Engine Strategies (SES) Conference & Expo 2006 in San Jose, CA. "A Conversation with Eric Schmidt" is scheduled for 10-10:45am on Wednesday, August 9th. During the session, SES chair Danny Sullivan will talk with Schmidt about Google's growth and the challenges and issues in search given the company's stature as leader in the space.

The premier search industry event Search Engine Strategies (www.searchenginestrategies.com) will take place August 7-10, 2006, at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. With search industry experts from around the world gathered to offer timely insights, SES provides a forum for the entire industry to discuss today's challenges and evaluate the industry's trends. Topics currently lined up for SES San Jose include social search, demographic targeting, branding & search, domaining, and click fraud, among many others.

Danny Sullivan, chair of Search Engine Strategies, an Incisive Media (FTSE: INM) event, said, "Search marketing is an essential strategy but one that's constantly evolving. Marketers need a forum to learn from experts and from each other, and our show is exactly that."

SES attendees can expect to come away from the show with actionable information to apply to their businesses in the areas of search engine marketing strategy and technology and creative innovation.
