iMergent, Inc. (AMEX:IIG) announced today it will hold its first quarter fiscal 2007 financial results conference call on Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Donald Danks, chairman and chief executive officer, Brandon Lewis, president and chief operating officer, and Robert Lewis, chief financial officer, will deliver prepared remarks and conduct a question and answer session.
