October 25, 2006; 02:38 AM Small Box Consulting and Design has launched TwoDue.com, a free project
management Web application for businesses and individuals. Jeb Banner
and Joe Downey founded Small Box Consulting and Design in January 2006
when Banner left the local auction house Antique Helper which he
co-founded. In addition to Web design, Small Box's services include new
media consulting, SEO (search engine optimization) and Internet
marketing.
Twodue.com was developed as a company side project by partner and CTO
Joe Downey to compete with the popular online to-do site Tadalist.com.
Like Ta-Da, TwoDue.com is password protected and completely free to
use. Small Box CEO Jeb Banner said, "We liked some things about Ta-Da
but felt the functionality was only half way there so we basically
built a site that met all our project management needs."
Small Box is looking to position itself as a company that can create
business tools for other companies. Banner continued, "We use Web-based
applications as business tools everyday and we feel TwoDue.com is a top
notch application for businesses and individuals looking for an online
organizational tool."
Looking into the future Small Box has started partnering with other
businesses and organizations. Banner said, "We feel there is a large
amount of room for collaboration between forward thinking companies
looking to utilize Web 2.0 technology. We are looking to help companies
create web based tools for themselves and their clients."
Twodue.com is a free password protected online to-do list.
