Messaging feature is an innovative idea of Admiz to reduce and bridge the communication gap between the service providers and buyers. Due to this feature, both the service providers and buyers are gained immensely. This feature is added to all the members’ login. When a service provider receives any message from the buyer or vice-versa, it is notified not only through the mail, but also in their homepage after logging in process. This feature is tremendously helpful, as the members will not miss their messages. Moreover, there are three ways in which they can find the new message posted for them after logging into their account with Admiz.com. Even if they miss to see it at one place, they can view it at other location. Admiz has truly made the life of its members easy. First place to view the new message is the member’s home page that they view right after logging in. They can see Inbox in the top right corner of the homepage. Along with that link, they will be able to see the overall private messages they have received. However, without clicking that link, they will not know if the messages are from the same person (be it provider or buyer) or from different people. Clicking the Inbox option will take them to the “View Bids” area. The unopened message will be shown in red color, in order to differentiate it from already read messages. The second location to find this feature installed is the “View Bids” area. They can reach that area after logging in and clicking “Click to View Bids” in the member home area. In this area, they will be able to view the projects they have placed their bids on. Just opposite the name of the project, they can find the new message posted, if any. Along with the new message, they even get the “Reply Message” option. The third location, where they will be able to view the New Message notification, is in the project details area. After logging in, they can click “View Bids” option and go to the list of the projects they have bid on. They can click on any project to see the “New Message” in red, if they haven’t read it yet. They have the “Post Reply” option, using which they will be able to send the reply. The last but not least, the member receives a message notification to his email with which he has registered in Admiz.com.
