Google Accounted For 65 Percent Of All U.S. Searches In April 2007

NEW YORK, NY – Hitwise, the leading online competitive intelligence service, today announced that the Google accounted for 65.26 percent of all US searches in the for the four weeks ending April 28, 2007. Yahoo! Search, MSN Search and Ask.com each received 20.73, 8.46 and 3.69 percent respectively. The remaining 47 search engines in the Hitwise Search Engine Analysis Tool accounted for 1.86 percent of U.S. searches.
