Netconcepts Increases Online Sales for Emmy Winning Television Personality

Netconcepts®, LLC., the premier search engine marketing firm enabling the top 200 Internet Retailers to "get found" online, has exponentially increased online sales for Time Magazine Online's #18 Most Influential person of 2007.

Via a customized ecommerce solution and robust blog launch, Spangler, a cataloger and science educator, has seen online revenue increase dramatically. Month to month, user sessions and time spent on the site have consistently seen increases of nearly 13 percent.

"The solution we proposed was customized especially for Steve, as is the case with all of our clients," states Stephan Spencer, president of Netconcepts. "We wanted to convey how entertaining Steve was through fun product demonstrations and then later, through suggesting Steve start a blog."

Prior efforts to redesign his website, while making it aesthetically pleasing, were not producing the desired return on investment (ROI).

"Netconcepts has completely changed how we view ecommerce," says Spangler. "The innovative ideas proposed by Netconcepts, especially the blog launch, have taught us to provide the content necessary to transform our shoppers into buyers."

Search engine marketing firm Netconcepts' was discovered when Spangler was researching an ecommerce solution that could be customized for the unique content found on his site.

The Netconcepts team began with a complete audit of the site and provided specific recommendations to ensure it could be found by users searching for "science experiments" and "cool science toys" through Google or Yahoo!.

"Before looking into Netconcepts' search engine marketing services, our ecommerce site was terrible. No, it was worse than that. The website was abysmal," says Spangler. "Netconcepts helped me to realize that I had to stop thinking like a cataloger and instead draw upon my TV skills from the Four O'Clock News by first providing the web content necessary to grab someone's attention."
