Thailand opens gateway to region's signage Industry as proud host of Sign Asia Expo’ 07

THAILAND, Bangkok - The international community involved in signage and out of home advertising industry in South-East Asia is scheduled to gather to showcase the latest technological development in Bangkok, Thailand on September 27-30, 2007 at the Hall 2-3, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani as the Kingdom plays host to Thailand’s premier international sign technology focused trade exhibition, Sign Asia Expo’ 07.

To be held in conjunction with Media Asia Expo’ 07, the Sign Asia Expo’ 07 will offer network opportunity among industrial manufacturers, suppliers and buyers around Asia and Europe. Furthermore, Sign Asia Expo’ 07: The Gateway of Asian Signage Industry, will also take the visitor to a grand display of new tools and technologies in related industries.

Mr. Sakkachat Sivabovorn, Managing Director of IBRIX Co., Ltd. and Chairman of Sign Asia Expo’ 07 said, “There are about 30 percent more international exhibitors joining Sign Asia Expo ’07 than last year. We have arranged a Global Pavilion especially for this and we have gained a good response from international exhibitors as Thailand could be a potential hub that would link many countries in the region. The location and climate are also good for signage and advertising business.”

Moreover, Mr. Sakkachat cited that the domestic market is continuously growing as producers in Thailand have become known to be professional and highly talented. Noting government support in policies, he added that Thai market has also opened its doors for the coming of international investors involved in this industry.

Among those who are expected to showcase the best products are technology suppliers of printers, laminating machines, cast coating series, digital printing machine, laser engraver, screen printing machines and others. Suppliers of sign component, reflective materials, ink, ad boards, toner, stickers, vinyl, acrylic, plastwood, and software are also keen on joining the exhibition. Sign Asia Expo’ 07 will also be highlighted by presentations of new innovations in printing technologies & services, material suppliers, advertising displays and electronic signage.
