USA SEO Pros developers added an incredibly useful tool recently which
is called the call processor. As the name indicates, the call processor
processes the calls that need to be made. With a scheduled contact
time, the contact between USA SEO Pros employee and client go up and
make sure that no single client is left behind.
The Manager of
Development was quoted saying, “The call processor is a system that
generates a call queue across a series of buckets, 1 for two week old
clients, 1 for one month old clients, etc., and a salesperson will go
through the call processor queue for a desired bucket and be provided
information to call a client at given intervals. This was an ongoing
project even while other projects were going on. Now that the call
processor is completed, I can say that it was well worth the effort put
into development and implementation.”
For the employees of
USASEOPros, the call processor was added into the administrator backend
so it can be plainly seen that calls were indeed made to any given
client. With the improved contact between client and USA SEO Pros,
further appropriate action such as upgrades, quality control, and
renewals can take place.
With the development team on further,
more ambitious projects, USA SEO Pros expects some ground breaking
implementations to emerge. It was hinted that the development team was
working on some other project, as they always are, but details to that
project were not revealed as of yet. USASEOPros is going to have a
brighter future with the combined efforts of all departments aiding
with opinions and ideas for the development team to work off of for
further streamlining.
