RSACI Rating Tags
Say that someone visits your page... but they can't! Their
browser blocks it, saying that it's "not appropriate". Even
if your site is about raising and selling beetles.
Why does it say that? Because you probably haven't installed
rating tags on your site. It's pretty simple to do, and it
means that a lot more people will be able to access your site.
At the moment, I think that only Microsoft Internet Explorer
and Netscape 4.5+ makes use of these tags, but still, there are quite a
number of people that use these browsers. If they have the blocking
capabilities set up right, they won't be able to access
sites unless they have installed the rating tags on their site.
Besides, it's free. It won't take very much of your time.
Just head on over to RSACI, and follow the
instructions there. It's pretty self explanatory.
