Easygenerator Wins Second Award This Year for Radical New L&D Strategy

Easygenerator wins a Brandon Hall Best Advance in Content Authoring Technology Award for its Employee-generated Learning approach.

The Brandon Hall Group is a preeminent research and analysis firm with more than 10,000 clients globally and over 20 years of experience delivering research-based solutions that empower organizations for excellence.

The Brandon Hall Excellence Awards recognize the best organizations that have successfully deployed programs with measurable results. The awards attract candidates from leading corporations around the world.

Employee-generated Learning (EGL):
In the EGL model, L&D’s role is to direct the content creation process and harness employees’ know-how into a minimum viable setup that makes it easy to share knowledge and make an impact on the organization. EGL lets L&D overcome budget constraints while scaling learning output at a fraction of the cost.

This is the second award Easygenerator has won for its EGL approach this year. In September, Easygenerator won the Chief Learning Officer Award for its outstanding achievements at Nielsen, where it reduced costs while dramatically scaling up learning output.
