Cvent Closes Acquisition of QuickMobile

TYSONS CORNER, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cvent, Inc., a market leader in meetings, events, and hospitality technology, today announced that it has closed its previously announced acquisition of QuickMobile, a pioneer of mobile event apps, based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The close of the acquisition will broaden and deepen Cvent’s already world-class mobile event app and onsite solution capabilities and help the company extend its reach in the marketplace through QuickMobile’s extensive partner network.
